CVC operates a 100% volunteer-run free store near the Ohio State Fairgrounds.
The free store is barrier-free. You do not need to provide proof of ID or income. You only need to agree to the rules in the appointment request form, which must be filled out before your visit.
We accept anything and everything, as long as it is unexpired, is in working condition, and has no holes, stains, or odors. We accept opened cat and dog food as long as it’s not expired. We also provide free vegan food upon request.

“Such a wonderful experience”
Absolutely incredible!!! Such a wonderful experience; I’m disabled and couldn’t make it to the store so I was able to shop online and have things delivered to me! They had clothing in my size which is so hard to find as a plus size person, and even had a crinkle tunnel for my roommates’ crinkle-obsessed cat! I really feel so humanized and helped. It was like Christmas!!!

“All in amazing condition”
They had so much stuffed animals and toys for the kids. I even got some dishes and they were all in amazing condition still. I can’t wait to go back and get some more things or maybe even give things if I can.
